betrayal

I have not been here in a while   but lately my son  son  found himself  in  a bit  of a bind.
 he was seeing this  girl  parents  blessing s and all  she was you younger  than him  so  he figured if  her  parents  did not want him around  they would  have told him so / here to find out thiis girl was on probation  ,
something  happened and   I  dont know  but  it turned out the probation officer found out  about the relationshhip  and told the parent s  if they  did not press charges they  would have her removed   .
So the investigation  started  . My son went in to talk to the police about the  situation  he was not  under arest  no right were giving  he tol d the  officer he was  just aout to  move anf start  his life over   he want to get away  from the riff raff around  here  so off he went life was good doors opening   he had not heard from th e office r as promised about hte situation   so he  called to find out  the ass hole put a warrent out for him  for statutory sexual assault against  this girl , Now during all of this  ths girl was  texting  him  when he would not  anwserr she  deside to get nasty saying  unstable things   my son turned  himself in   and now sits ina jail waiting to  be transfered  back to pa  if you cant trust the law  to   bbe upfront and honest  there is no where to turn  And  in this world  I geuss  you cant trust anyone  ASK FOR  ID OF AGE  . I dont  understand why
 people  would intrape another  to get thier  jollys  off  if something happened  between them   do I condone it  NO WAY! and to end this from what  I am told  the girl would be better off removed  from  her parents   one  I know  is a drug user   and the father   lets ger  drink   with him good family  values  I dont think so

Irene

Well Irene came through  a little disappointed because  we just had  rain and high wind  but  nothing  really happened  in my area   I expected  flooding  down at the  river but nothing  places all around us  had  had  alot of damage  like in  town philly. nj  even right outside philly but nothing  I feel cheated  first and earth quake came trough never felt a thing  even though  others did, then  Irene and a tornado watch  nothing  I must live  in a very safe  area . I  did have minor leaking  and my  porch  roof   does need  repair not  cuz it buckled  but that all.

people

have not been here for a while nothing exciting to talk about ,
until now  the other day I get a call from my boss asking if  I  am usuing the company gym  with my family  where the  hell does this crap come from I I did notsay that  but I wanted to  I said no I did  show the gym to my son while on my  patrol   and as far as me using the gym I check  it during patrol  I wish people would not jump to conclusions   this is bullshit  I am tired of people putting thier noes where it dont belong I bother no one and Yet if  i was as annel as some of this people   there could be  some folk in trouble  .like the managers  assistant /secretary  using  the companys stuff for  her daughters school   she was one that said something   and I think I know who said  and she has no  reason  to say anything about me she leaves her job to hairs  what ever  and  still gets paid    I dont know  you cant trust anyone  and people wonder why  I stay alone with my dogs

the work place

 today was  going alright  until I got a call from  my boss telling me some people complained  about   me have constantly having a peopl ein my office  and asked if I was usuing thier gym   with allmy family memebers I SAY  WTF!!!!  I dont bother anyone   I am pleasent  there are people I could get into trouble  and I shut my mouth . This boss man  is always looking for a reason to fire me  I have been here 7 years  and he is always  out for me  I dont do anything that dreastic  yes I told him I showed my son  the gym and my son stops by to give me dinner oor to see if I need anything  on his way to  or from work  For god sake  is this a crime  I have a suck ass  schedual  I am alone  for damn near  8 hours  unless I go  out  to the other building and see someone  I fet up with idiots  stay to yourself  its getting them nowhere complaining  about  things  its just goingto get me fired maybe that what they want  PLEASE Wait  until I  sell my house and move  dont leave me  with no income  Illget out I promise .

today is a good day

today  I gave blood at work  no pun ment , I am  A Reiki master /teacher  an and  also  teach how to meditate  well  I went to the wellness director at work and offered  the idea  of a Meditation  work shop Geuss What she  went for it  this is a good  so april 27th   Iget to do my workshop , people need to learn to quiet thier minds especilally  when thier job are very  stressfull

this sucks

I just  went through to see if I had any comments GEUSS WHAT ? not a damn one .
  hey  I geuss  what I talk about  no one  reads  nor  care s that  ok  my kids have told me no one want to hear what you have to anyway . Just  for the record  I lost  4lbs all together  on the GSDiet  not bad  but  can  be put back on  in the blink of an eye.
 the hard thing is  I sit here at work  bord out of my  mind   so  I am a bordom  eater  .this sucks  I am trying to  do  crafts  or  something to keep my hands and mind  busy   so I dont think  about food, Heres one for you  I have a Birthday  party for  my husband that dont live with me  this week end  and  there will be  Italian  rum  cake  one  of my all time favs mmm as far as  the food I can  bring  my  rice and veggies  in a bowl  I will be fine  with that if it gets to hard  I will leave  I dont want to be were it is being held anyway.not one of favorite place  to go.

the sun is shinning  and the  weather is mild  the  sun  feels good  on the skin  the dogs are enjoying  the out doors . actually so am I .  this is what I have been waiting for  hibernating because  t=of the  cold  weather  sucks  I  aam ineed of  warmth  and sunshine  for  all the vitamines it gives us .

new diet

A guy I work with   mentioned  he was going to  do this  diet called  the cabbage soup  diet   he said  he did it before  and lost twenty lbs in one week matter of fact he has  done 3 times ,  I said hey what the  give me a copy    it really  does not sound  bad  except I am a bordom  eater  if you want to  check it out for yourself   go to  www. cabage-soup-diet.com .  Now a friend of mine said   her mom did this years  ago  and only lost  6 lbs  . go figure  men will loose  all kinds  of wieght  woman  wont . if Ideside to try  this  I will  blogg about it.

what to say  about to day   got up took the dogs to the park  called a prison because this  aquaintence mothe r whoes 79 yrs  has not heard from her son and she  had gotten herself so upset  she trows up, even though  I told her  there would be times where she wont hear from him  , so Ifind out he wrote her  on the 13th  so now she is calmed down  . after that  I just sat around  like a bum waiting to go to work .WOOOPiii  I go to work  just to sit around and  do nothing   very little  paper work   stare   at two monitors, I am the type of person that like to  be busy  not sit on my butt and do nothing .After work I go home  just  to do it all over again.
Something has  to give  it cant keep going like this .

 I am looking to  start a business  from home   got the name  looked  on line did not see the name  so I geuss its mine   Gardian Spirit  Reiki Center.  my logo  will be  the name  and around the name  will be angels wings .

Why when  you purchase some thing  by credit card   and bneed to exchange it ,  It takes 5 times longer  to get your money back . It only takes second for them  to take it  from you  why cant  it  take second  to return it   this  ia very agravating  had to  blow off steam  .

what a misrable and wonderful day

to  I woke up to rain ,and crawled back into  bed  after letting th e dogs out  for morning  duties .
I finally got up  left the hubby alone  ( whom  does not live with me  just comes for visits  that another blog)

went to church  which was very uplifting. I go to a science  of the mind church  wonderful wonderful  place to be ,I  was asked to Reiki class  one person but  I have to start somewhere .came back rain had slowed  I was  hoping to walk the dogs but  hubby who was still around ake me to take him to harbor freight sure why not . well there went the walk  rain started all over again.
so hubby left   and  i was with piece and quiet . wondering  what to have for dinner not wanting to go back out in the rain  finally  got my butt up  went to the store, so I made  lasagna one pot dish now I sit waiting for it to finish cooking  .  So you see it was miserable out   but good things happened  

A day in the park

Spring  is finally showing  itself . A friend  of mine and myself  took my one dog Malachi ,(whom  I  am training to  be my service  dog . 
he is only  1yr  and full of energy  ,)  to the state park  it  was  the best day   we have  had  in  a while  . did not have to put on  heavy coats  just a hoody  , as we walked through  the  trails  you could see   the green  starting to show  .the air was fresh and clean and  it felt great to get out and do something  other than  sit in  the  house  like  a couch potato.  I love  getting back to  nature  mother earth .  The streams had  no ice  on them even though  we did see some left over  patches  of snow  small ones.
Many  people had their little doggies out   today  Malachi  did  very well . I know  its not easy for him  to  stay  beside me  ,  he is used to   off leash  walking  so  I am trying to get  him  socialized  with on leash,  next excursion will be a  flea market  I came  home  and passed out  Malachi  joined  me   a tired puppy  is a happy  puppy . 
Now to figure  what for dinner. 

lifes ups and downs

never  a dull moment. My kids are  grown  one  has a life  and is out on her own the other  still lives  at  home . which is not a bad thing , unless  they bring  drama with them  . My son  moved out for about a month , I was really enjoying   the quiet . organization  and just as I was getting  my house in some kind  of order  back he comes .
the amazing thing is  only a short month  he  seemed to mature .
Now  knowing  how  tough it is for me to pay the  bill and trying to  keep this house , he said  he would help   he got a job .  he also came back  with a girlfriend and her two yr old . I said OK  but  I want $ 500 a month that s $250 each  you cant find  a apartment   for that  ,But for some reason  they don't think  they don't have to pay  or can  do it when ever they feel like it  especially his friend ,
What  the heck  is wrong with these people every time  i say something  I am treated as if I am wrong . So what  Am I suppose to pay for everyone ? Don't think so  I cant  afford myself  now I am expected to pay  for three more  people ?  I don't understand the  younger  generation  . The Killer of it is  my son  knows how  hard it is   on me  I am  separated  trying to  get  my finances  in order, Get  old bills paid  up  so I can move  and  get  a rancher  ( nestle in the woods )  my dream . But  if thing  keep going  this way   I stuck  in this  home  where I don't want to be .

Pet Owners

If  you are thinking of  getting a pet  especially   dogs  I say to you  PLEASE  DO YOUR  RESEARCH  . Even if you are  going to  get a mutt  look at all the breeds in that dog,  find out  all you can about each  breed,  to see if you can give it what it needs ,  so many people  get a great dog  and have no clue  what to do  with it  or for it  , example  if it has the  hunting breed in it .  are  you able let it  do whats natural for it  ,like play hunting  games , A dog  ment for cold weather  are you willing to  take it out  in freezing weather ? Research  what the breed  was used for, Is it  a working dog  well you have to give it job to do.   So many people  get big dog  hyper dog  and crate them  lock them in a house or even an apartment . them wonder why  the dog  gets into mischef . DONT BLAME THE ANIMAL  LOOK AT YOURSELF .My dogs   and all dog need  45 minutes a day  to  an hour of exersise  a day .
Now granite  small dog  can get away  with less but look at the  jack russell  people love them  but they are very active dogs ,and yet people get them  for apartment  living  and dont give them  the proper exersise , puggles  alright pug  are less active  but  then there the   beagle  in it  they  need to  get out  and use thier nose hunt.  so please do you r research   on  your next  pet it there is any hint of doubt dont get it . get a stuff animal  its a no brainer,If  you are going to a breeder check the parents if they are not available  to  meet   think twice  about buying from that breeder .  check  out the  breeders  website if they have one  how much info on it .Do they have the history  of thier dogs ,these are things  people  do not normally  think about  . do nor bring your dog to   a dog park if the  breed has trouble  with other  dogs .  I have seen  many dog attacked because some  ignorant  owner  say s  my dog is fine  I had  a guy  get  all bent out of  shape because I removed my dogs  when he came in  number one  he brought  in a Pit bull  my two of my dogs were  attacked by one  it was nothing personal I just keep my dogs away  from them  they are a dominate breed  and many people  have no clue on how to train them   or are responsible when thier dog gets dominate  any way this guy   got all  upset and lead  to a argument i have the right  to take my dogs  away   one week after my  ordeal  his dog attacked another dog   . So CHECK the breed out first  see if you can handle it . be a responsible  pet owner . and keep them out of the pound. next blog  will be about nutrician.

the nerve of some people children

 I had to take  my car  in  to get a new eye ( headlight)  I was the re about 1 hour  when this lady  came in the waiting room at the same time  my daughter  called  , the woman  asked if I could talk somewhere else because  she  could not  hear the  tv . I respectfully   moved  to the other  large  waiting area  wich sat near the  show room . while I am talking I can hear the woman  talking f rom the othe room  I got up  and said to her  you asked me to leave  and  now I can hear you  all the way in the  show  room ( which was a  little exagerated  but I was  feet  away from the show  room ) I said that not right  she says we were all talking   again  I stood my  ground s  it was  not fair   she said I didinot want to hear  your person  business WELL DONT LISTEN HELLO   she appologized   the piont  is who  does she think  she is .
